Experts do recommend moderation when it comes to the food because too much dark chocolate could be bad for a person’s health.

Another food that is great for aging is turmeric. Turmeric is ideal for aging adults as it protects cognitive function while a person ages. This is due to turmeric having anti-inflammatory curcumin. Experts recommend that people pair this up with black pepper to get the most ideal amount of curcumin per meal.
