Many breakfast foods are deemed as a healthy meal, however, some meals can do more harm to the body than good. This breakfast food harm the body and many individuals should stay away from eating it.

Pastries such as donuts and muffins should not be eaten during breakfast. These foods cause an inflammatory response which triggers the immune system to think that something is attacking the body. This could alter the immune systems behavior and cause many problems.
