Go shopping once a week and buy healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and mixed nuts. You can put them in ziplock bag or container and take them with you when you leave the house.

If you really want to be healthy you have to understand that soda, energy drinks, fruit juice, and sport drinks simply aren’t healthy and you should not be drinking them. Removing these drinks will give you a big upper hand in avoid processed foods.

It really easy to avoid processed foods when you don’t have any in the fridge or pantry! Avoid bringing any processed foods in the house.

If you did not know, meats such as bacon, sausage, lunch meat, and hot dogs are considered carcinogenic by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. Avoid unhealthy meats and try to eat fresh chicken and other kinds of poultry and healthy fish as well.
