They have stated that the olive and sunflower oil has a better reaction with the heart more than the rest. Coconut and canola oil are also good choices for keeping the heart healthy but need to be taken with moderation as it could lead to serious conditions.
Cooking oil is more dense with coconut and canola oil which is why more experts recommend that people take olive and sunflower oil more than the rest. These oils will be easier on the heart and cause less clogging on arteries.
