Some skin disorders can follow invisible patterns on the body.
Certain conditions, including some forms of inflammatory and genetic skin disease, can appear along Blaschko’s lines—normally invisible developmental patterns created as skin cells form before birth. These lines can become visible only when particular disorders cause rashes, pigmentation changes, or lesions to follow them.
