Regular physical activity has numerous health benefits. Engaging in regular exercise can help improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles and bones, boost mood and mental well-being, and reduce the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity each week, along with muscle-strengthening activities on two or more days.
