Did You Know!

When you’re not actively focusing on something, your brain enters a “default mode network” (DMN), which is active during daydreaming, self-reflection, and mind-wandering. The DMN is believed to play a role in memory consolidation, problem-solving, and creativity. Interestingly, it is also more active when you’re not consciously doing anything, suggesting that resting the brain is crucial for processing emotions and personal experiences.
