Drinking water before bed may do more harm than good. Many individuals who consume water before bed could develop many issues throughout the body and could ruin their sleep. This is due to the water going through the digestive system fairly quickly and causing multiple tripes to the bathroom.

Experts recommend that individuals stop drinking water at least 30 minutes before that are heading to bed to ensure that the body gets some much needed rest.
