Bones Glow Under UV Light
Under ultraviolet (black) light, human bones actually glow — usually a bluish-white color. This is due to the natural presence of collagen and certain minerals like calcium phosphate that fluoresce. Forensic scientists often use this trick to find bone fragments in crime scenes.
