Did You Know!

DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is a molecule that carries the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms and many viruses. It consists of two long strands forming a double helix structure, with each strand made up of nucleotides. The sequence of these nucleotides encodes genetic information. DNA is found in the cell nucleus, as well as in mitochondria in eukaryotic cells.
