Many different vegetables are good for health but there are some that may do more harm than good. Generally all vegetables do good for the body but some have some side effects that could harm the body.

Cruciferous vegetables have a number of good benefits for the body and are filled with vitamin K which is one of the essential nutrients that the body needs. These vegetables are generally seen as good but have an unintended side effect on the body. These vegetables are well known for causing bloating in the body and could cause a spike in inflammation.

These two side effects are terrible for the body and could do more harm than good. Experts recommend that individuals enjoy these vegetables with caution but should not be taken out of the diet.
