Many different snacks bring benefits to the body and some are relatively unhealthy. This snack is seen as somewhat healthy but is doing more harm than good to the body.

Popcorn is seen has a healthy snack to have, however, the amount of toppings individuals put on them can make this snack horrible for the body. Many popcorn brands also are preloaded with butter which makes the snack even worse for the body.

Popcorn can be a healthy snack if it is air popped and is not loaded with any toppings.
