When possible try to cut out red meats such as beef, pork, lamb, etc. and try to eat more healthy meats such as fish which are packed full of high levels of omega-3 acids. Other healthy options for protein are beans, poultry that is not fried, and eggs.
Cut Back On Alcohol And Caffeine
We all love having a drink from time to time, but cutting back on alcohol will give us even more health benefits than consuming it. Additionally, caffeine has been found to irritate the prostate and those who consume 234 mg or more of caffeine are +70% to have urinary problems.
While there is still much debate about smokings affect on the prostate itself, smoking increases the level of dangerous free radicals in our bodies and they are known to negatively affect all of our cells.
