Researchers stated that more studies have to be done to see the full effect of zinc against the flu and it’s symptoms.

Researchers stated that zinc could very well be a natural alternative to fighting off flu symptoms from developing throughout the body. They recommend that those who are prone to the flu should have a healthy amount of this mineral in their system to help fight off any symptoms they might get.
