weight loss isn’t impossible.

When it comes to exercise and fitness, professional strongman Eddie Hall knows a thing or two especially since he won the 2017 world’s strongest man competition and all.

Eddie Hall built a career on being as big and muscular as humanly possible and as he began to transition out of body and muscle building people were shocked to learn how he lost all the extra body fat.

According to Men’s Health, Hall did something most Americans overlook when it comes to losing weight, he simply walked.

He didn’t walk a whole lot either, according to Hall he only walked a mile and half with his dog everyday.

“I would say the biggest change for me is adding in daily walks, just every day getting up in the morning and walking a mile and a half,” Hall said.

Some mornings I run and some mornings I walk, but every single day I get up and do a mile and a half, and I take my dog out. It helps me clear my mind, sets me up for the day and it’s a great way of getting exercise in, and I genuinely believe that’s why the weight has fallen off me.”

Hall also mentioned that he doesn’t like wearing any wearable devices such as an apple watch to track his fitness. “I find them really stressful,” Hall said. “I just go with the flow. I don’t put any marker on it; I just do it all by feel.”

Other things Hall does to stay slim is boxing and likes to eat before he exercises.
