Bromelain which is found in pineapple juices can work as an anti-inflammatory. Some studies have shown that the bromelain in pineapples can help reduce problems for people with IBD.
Improved bone health
Pineapples have manganese, manganese is known the improve your bone health.
One again the Bromelain works as an anti-inflammatory. This means it can bene beneficial for those with burns, joint pain, and other inflammatory diseases.
Can possibly reduce high blood pressure
“The enzymes in pineapple known as bromelain slow blood clotting, as well as increase red and white blood cells production, which leads to improved blood flow,” said Valdez.
