An enlarged spleen may cause you to feel full after eating only a small amount.
The spleen sits next to the stomach, so when it becomes significantly enlarged—a condition called splenomegaly—it can press against the stomach and produce early satiety. Splenomegaly can occur with certain infections, liver diseases, blood disorders, and cancers.
